					<description>Kimchee or kimchi is not a brand name.  It is the Korean version of sauerkraut and a staple of the Korean diet. It includes cabbage and other veggies, such as hot radishes and peppers, lots of garlic and often fermented fish.  All is salted and stored in sealed containers to undergo lactic acid fermentation. Unless you are Korean - don't serve it at your next dinner party!</description>
